As two public high school students without private counselors, we scoured various resources to help us get into the best schools possible. The unfortunate truth? It's incredibly difficult to find honest, up-to-date, and applicable information. Many college consultants are years out of the process, got in for extraneous reasons (like legacy or feeder schools), or provide blatantly incorrect information to set themselves apart from competitors. However, after gaining acceptance to Harvard, Yale, Columbia, UPenn, Dartmouth, Johns Hopkins, Duke, Vanderbilt, and much more, we've developed an in-depth understanding of the application process that no one can deny.
Whether you're wondering how to "build a spike," create an impactful passion project, or write a captivating personal statement, we can help.
If you decide to let us be part of your admissions journey, we aim to build a connection with you as a student, not just an applicant. To that end, we're here to navigate the application process with both students and parents.
Most consulting firms subsist on formulaic approaches to helping their students. They believe that an approach that works for one student works for the rest. That's not true.
At Admitvantage, we dedicate extensive time to identifying your standout features and discovering unique ways to incorporate creativity into your application. From letters of recommendation to the wording of your extracurricular activities, we'll help you create a product that you're genuinely proud of—a product that only you can make.
